| Adding a half-handful into a small bowl of vanilla yogurt (all-natural, of course) is a delicious start to the day or a great mid-evening snack. Satisfies my need for sweet! |

| Love the idea of putting it in trail mix. I make our own since it is much cheaper to do so. It would add just the right amount of sweetness. Yum!! |
