Peach & Pineapple Cobbler
Submitted by Pleasant
Servings: A Bowl Full
Prep Time: 10 mins or less
Cook Time: about an hour
Jar of Orchard Select Peaches by Del Monte Can of (any) Pineapple by Del Monte 1 Cup of All Purpose Flour 1 Cup of Sugar (can use less if you want) 3/4 Cup of Milk 1 Stick of Butter (can use light if you want)
Preheat oven to 350 (325 if your oven cooks fast) Melt the butter in a cooking dish ( I use a 9X9 glass square dish) Meanwhile, with a spoon, mix till combined: Flour, Sugar, and Milk. Pour this mixture over the melted butter. (Do not stir) With a large spoon, spoon peaches and pineapple over mixture. (Again, do not stir) You can also spoon in a little more juice if you wish! Cook for about an hour uncovered. You can tell it is done when some browning is at the top. Let it sit and cool for a bit and the cobbler will thicken up a bit, yet still be juicy. HINT: Leftovers are great when warmed up in the microwave with a little butter on top. Don't know the calories but I assure you - this is a dessert eater’s dessert! :)

Mom's Chicken, Peaches & Broccoli
Submitted by Kimberly
Servings: 6-8 people
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 45-60 minutes
1 head of fresh broccoli 6-8 chicken breasts (bones or not; skin on or off) 1 jar of Orchard Select Sliced Cling Peaches 1 cup of sour cream (light is fine) 1 cup of mayonnaise (light is fine) melted butter or margarine; or olive oil (about 3-4T) paprika (about 2-3T) Salt and pepper
Steam the broccoli for about 15 minutes (until its as soft or firm as you like); cut into wedges and set aside. Prepare the chicken breasts as you like (bone/skin) and toss to cover in butter/margarine or olive oil mixed with a liberal amount of paprika (e.g. 2-3 Tablespoons). Salt and pepper to taste Bake breasts in a large glass casserole dish - single layer - at 350 for 30 minutes... Remove from oven and add pieces of broccoli & peaches to the top of chicken. Mix sour cream/mayonnaise and spoon over top of chicken Put back in oven for 10-15 more minutes If sour cream browns, cover with aluminum foil Check that chicken is done by slicing the thickest part - juices should run clear. (overall, at 350, bone in breasts should cook about 45 min, bonless about 35). DELICIOUS with a rice pilaf.

Upside Down Peach Cake
Submitted by Tonya
Servings: 10-12 people
Prep Time: 10 min. or less
Cook Time: 35-40 min.
1 Favorite cake mix(your own homemade works well too) in Yellow or white flavor.( read label for amount of eggs /oil) 1 stick of butter(or substitute) 1/2 -3/4 cup of brown sugar 1 jar of De Monte Peaches, Orchard Fresh
Mix the cake mix as the directions say. While mixing the cake, melt the stick of butter in your cake pan(11x13), in a 350 degree oven. Take the pan out of oven when the butter is melted, make sure the pan is coated evenly. Measure the brown sugar(the more the crispier on top)sprinlke this over the melted butter as evenly as possible. Next, open the peaches, one by one, lay them side by side in the brown sugar butter mix. Fill the pan. Next, pour your cake mix all over the peaches, make sure its as even as possible. Some peaches may stick out, and some butter may rise, don't worry about that, it will all cook down. Bake for 30-45 min. at 350 degrees(f), check it at 30 min. to see if its browning on top., Keep checking until the top is a nice golden brown. Take out of oven, let it sit for 5 min., then turn it upside down onto a larger baking pan, cookie sheet, or other container that fits 11x13, and won't melt from the heat. Serving Suggestion: Vanilla ice cream on the side, delicious! Tonya Shipley
