Cook Time: 0 Tropical Mixed Fruit, Yogurt, diced apples, grapes Okay, so this is really easy...my kids love it. They love saying the name..."Yooooooo! Gert!"
Drain the mixed fruit. Mix the yogurt, mixed fruit, apples and grapes in any yogurt of your choosing. Chill and server. Easy! |

Prep Time: 10 - 15 minutes tops
Cook Time: 0 SunFresh Tropical Mixed Fruit or other variety
Vanilla Yogurt
Granola Use tall ice cream or desert glasses for individual servings or a large compote for a dip and serve.
Layer yogurt, Del Monte fruit, granola, layer again until you reach the top.

Tropical Jell-o Parfaits Submitted by Hope Servings: 8-1 cup servings
Prep Time: 15 min.
Cook Time: 15 min. 1-8 serving size Jell-o,orange or strawberry flavor
1 large tub Cool Whip topping
1 jar of SunFresh Tropical Mixed Fruit,well drained
2 cups boiling water
10-12 ice cubes
Dissolve Jell-o in the boiling water.Stir well.Add the ice cubes and stir until Jell-o begins to set.Remove any unmelted ice cubes.Add fruit,mix.Place some of mixture into the bottom of 8 parfait glasses,add
Cool-Whip,repeat.Place in refrigator until firm,about 2 hours.Enjoy. |

DRAIN FRUITS, ADD WALNUTS & APPLES IN LARGE BOWL. FOLD IN WHIP CREAM & SERVE. |

Cook Time: 15 minutes 1 tube prepared sugar cookie dough
1 small jar marshmellow cream
1 block of cream cheese (any, I use the light)
an assortment of your del monte fruits Roll out cookie dough onto your cookie sheet and bake until golden brown, let cool. Meanwhile whip the marshmellow cream and cream cheese (you can add a couple of teaspoons of the juice from the fruit jar to smooth out if desired). Spread cream onto cookie dough and pile or arrange fruit on top. If you want a healthy version, you could swap out raisin bread or cinnamon raisin english muffins for the cookie crust. |
